Cory Branan & Jon Snodgrass

Album cover of the new millennium? I think so...
We all have ways of killing time. One of my favorite ways of killing what little free time I have is by hitting a few of my favorite music sites. Not just blogs, mind you. I recently was perusing the site of Suburban Home Records while doing a bit of “eMusic research”. These folks have what might be the best record label site around, thanks to their passion and penchant for providing entire album streams of many of their releases. I checked out the stream for the Cory Branan & Jon Snodgrass album that came out earlier this year (below). Good stuff, which isnt surprising as I have loved Snodgrass’ Visitors Band album a great deal. As I continued to “research”, I found this post over on Nine Bullets. Turns out, this disc can be purchased as a CASSETTE TAPE! Well, this is a solid disc and just a really cool project all-around, so please check out the stream below and roll on over to Suburban Homes’ site to check out more.

I am still waiting for the cloth wall hanging that apparently isn’t forthcoming!
yeah, that would be awesome…a blacklight poster would kick a little tail also…I really am glad there are labels like Suburban Home around that really seem to “get” what being a music-lover is all about…
