CHRIS KNIGHT SUCKA!!
11 August 2009 in Music, Random, blah blah blah
Can you hear the angels singing? That's the new Chris Knight disc...
Good night nurse. I thought I had my posts all planned out for the week, but an angel, in the form of my postman came and showered a heavenly blessing on this unsuspecting, undeserving soul. Chris Knight’s new volume of the “Trailer Tapes”, Trailer II revealed itself to me and sent me fluttering (yeah, fluttering) home.
Once the glowing disc of miracles began to spew forth it’s warm sunny glow, I seemed to be placed into a trance-like state. Classic tunes such as “Love and a .45″, “Highway Junkie”, “The River’s Own”, and especially, the Chris Knight song that everyone should know, “It Aint Easy Being Me” were unleashed through my speakers and simply made everything brighter. Food tasted better. The air smelled fresher. My wife only was mildly annoyed with me and not the standard hyper-annoyed with me. These songs, stripped down and given to us in the most raw, vulnerable form is a true gift from the heavens above.
You want to experience this transformation? Go to Chris Knight’s website, pre-order the album and get the digital download immediately, how’s that for a miracle?!?!
