I have been battling some non-swine flu or virus of some sort over the last couple of days, but I mustered up the strength to check a few of my favorite blogs this afternoon (some might say courage, but I think I am just doing what any other red-blooded American would do on a sick-day, so please, don’t make me into a hero).
The Dallas Observer’s Music Blog, DC-9 at Night has a new installment of their promising series, DC-9 in Space. This week’s video features none other than Doug Burr singing none other than “Slow Southern Home”. I am telling you folks, if you haven’t gotten on this wagon, hop on!! I cant help but get goosebumps when I hear this song, even when it’s performed in a bathroom…you’ll see what I mean.
