Thanks Trailer – one thing i failed to mention in the write-up however, is that each of the three new songs robison performed were clear adn robyst rock numbers. Beautiful day had that jangly alt-country vibe, but “down” adn the bare jr. cover stright up rocked. Usually, when people talk aboutan album being “personal” (which he has in many interviews). it seems to mean quieter and more introverted, but that doesnt seem to fit Robison’s personality…
