I haven’t decided what I will be doing for a “year-end” type of deal, but thankfully, Lance from Bona Fide Darling asked me to contribute my fave albums of the year for a feature on his blog. Check it out por favor. You’ll notice that BFD is a lot like the ol’ Knob as far as wide-ranging content.
Feel free to leave a comment telling me what your Top 10 (or 27 or 13 or 6 or 54 for that matter) albums of the year are…

Kelly,
Thanks again for contributing and the great work you do here at The Knob. Keep it up, sir!
Funny how our top ten lists will look so incredibly different, but our #1 will be exactly the same. I haven’t heard much on your list, but I’m going to check them out.
Thanks Leeann – To be honest, I have a couple of different Top 10′s. It depends on who’s asking, really, and I have changed mine a couple of times in the last few weeks as I have gone back and revisited some of the discs that I enjoyed in the early part of the year. Knowing what I know, I bet you’ll dig the Herring and Collin’s discs…
Good, thanks for giving me a starting point.
Colin Herring!! I completely forgot that he had a new album out this year. Glad to hear it’s year-end-listworthy, as I really enjoyed his first one.
Sam G, not only is the album solid, but he has a duet with Kathleen Edwards called “Punches” that is probably my song of the year. I think any guy that has been divorced can understand it….
