Shooter Jennings has proved to be a worthy successor to his dear ol’ departed daddy, but the fact remains that there is only one Outlaw that is lonesome, ornry and mean and that is Waylon himself.
It looks like Shooter finished what he and his daddy started a bit before Waylon’s death and we will soon see the release of Waylon Forever on October 21. It will feature new renditions of some old favorites, such as Waymore Blues, and some new stuff as well.
