Country for a Cure Bands

A while back, I gabbed a bit about the headliners from the Country for a Cure concert, being held this weekend in Irving, TX.  I would like to take a moment to discuss some of the other artists that will bring their own brand of Texas music to the stage on Sunday.  The event will be a great chance to catch these artists while they are on the rise, as they represent the future of DFW music.

Chance Anderson, Ross Shifflett aka “Shiffy the Kid”, Cliff Temple, and Julie Temple will all be on hand Sunday.  Each artist produces a different vibe from one another, again representing the true diversity that makes music from this area so unique.  Anderson mixes a little Rock with his Country, Shiffy mixes a little Blues with his Country and Cliff Temple mixes Blues, Rock and Country all together for good measure.  Come on out Sunday in time to catch the sets by these artists.
